Each package includes a defined session length, a set number of professionally edited deliverables, an online gallery for review and downloads, and a specified number of revision rounds. The Starter package focuses on photography, Professional adds video production, and Enterprise includes full creative direction, unlimited assets, and a dedicated project manager. Full details are listed on each pricing card above.
We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance for Starter and Professional packages, and 4-6 weeks for Enterprise projects. However, we do accommodate rush requests when our schedule allows -- just let us know your timeline and we will do our best to make it work.
Starter packages are delivered within 48 hours. Professional packages take approximately 5 business days. Enterprise projects follow a custom timeline agreed upon during the scoping phase. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee on all package types.
Yes. We offer monthly retainer plans for all package tiers at a 20% discount compared to one-time pricing. Retainer clients also receive priority scheduling, a dedicated account manager, and the flexibility to roll over unused sessions to the following month. Use the pricing toggle above to view retainer rates.
Absolutely. We encourage clients to share mood boards, brand guidelines, reference images, and any creative direction during the scoping phase. This ensures we are aligned on aesthetic, tone, and deliverable expectations before the shoot. Our creative team can also develop mood boards for you as part of the process.
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds (1 for Starter, 2 for Professional, unlimited reasonable revisions for Enterprise). If additional revisions are needed beyond the included rounds, we charge a flat fee of $75 per revision round. We find that most clients are satisfied within the included rounds.
Yes. We shoot both in our studio and on location. Local travel within the metro area is included in all packages. For shoots outside the area, we provide a transparent travel estimate covering transportation, accommodation, and per diem as a separate line item in your quote.
Photos are delivered in high-resolution JPEG (300 DPI for print, 72 DPI for web) and can include RAW files upon request. Videos are delivered in MP4 (H.264) in 4K and 1080p, with platform-specific exports for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn included at no extra charge.
Cancellations made 7+ days before the scheduled shoot date receive a full refund. Cancellations within 3-7 days receive a 50% refund or can reschedule at no cost. Cancellations within 48 hours of the shoot are non-refundable but can be rescheduled for a $100 rebooking fee, subject to availability.
